She's always ready to close on time, and communicates quickly for updates and needed documents. Between loans, she's been very helpful answering any financing questions I have. Julie was absolutely fantastic with getting us the lowest rate, constant communication, and ensuring the entire loan process was as smooth as possible while we were located in a different state! Constantly available for our never-ending questions, Julie was always extremely upbeat and anxious to help answer any concerns we had with not understanding parts of the process. Though due to financials, we were unable to move through the entire buying process, Julie made our experience as first-time home buyers enjoyable. She met with us right away, and explained the entire process and our different options. Even better, she responded to the several emails sent in a very fast, efficient timely manner. I have never had this high level of customer service offered from any other lender we researched. Her prompt response made us feel like we were her number one priority and made time for us no matter the day. She is wonderful to work with and has much knowledge of the industry and broad Pierce County arena.Highly recommend her if you want first-class service!
