I have had the pleasure of conducting business with this establishment for many years. They carry beautiful jewelry and do great jewelry repair work. The Manager, Robertor C. is wonderful to work with. He's fair, honest and provides exceptional customer service in a world where it's almost non-existent. His pleasant, outgoing and friendly manner makes you feel right at home. He makes you feel beter when you have a jewelry "oops" and has a way of bringing calm to the situation.
