I recently worked with Joe Jasaitis on the sale of my Father's house in Manasquan. What started out as a relatively easy real estate transaction became a more complicated transaction when my Father passes away while under contract to sell the house. Joe helped me navigate from operating with Power-of-Attorney to Executor of my Dad's estate. His insight and advice during a difficult transition alleviated a great deal of stress and ultimately the sale of the house was delayed only 9 days due to the change.Over the years I have moved a number of times, selling my home each time and not once did my closing come off as scheduled. In this instance, once a closing date was selected there were no changes and the closing went off without a hitch, which was extremely important to me as I was commuting weekly from my home in upstate New York to Manasquan.I'm confident Joe always worked on my Father's and my behalf to protect our interests and I would wholeheartedly recommend Joseph Jasaitis to anyone planning to sell their home or dealing with a family estate.Mike HookerCicero, NY
