The food tasted excellent and presentation was incredible, as you can see from the pictures. The halibut and watermelon salad were from the "Chef's Tasting" (which included two more dishes I forgot to take pictures of), and the other two pictures were extras. My only comment would be that even though I know it was a "tasting", for how much it cost, just a little more quantity would have been nice.

Amazing experience. Great wine list, very helpful Somm, super friendly and attentive service, and all around beautiful ambiance. I had the wagyu beef. It was delicious and they even accommodated my needs for gluten free/dairy free and soy free. Even hot out of the oven GF bread, which was quite the unexpected treat!! Would highly recommend!!

Food was alright but they seriously mishandled my order. They lost my order *twice*, and the fourth time I asked about they sent someone to kitchen, he came back and said "they're plating it", which was a lie, as I could see the kitchen and there was no plating. They just started the order on that fourth enquiry.I would go into details but they don't think they even care. Classic hotel restaurant issue. Good food, sloppy service.

Jory cuisine was spectacular, amazing and the Chef testing menu is out of this universe. The Alisson Inn & Spa home of Jory restaurant is beautiful and the staff are super.
