Called this company to cancel a gym membership...their incompetent customer service representative accidentally charged a couple hundred dollars more than the $30 cost it was to cancel...right before I flew out for New Years vacation. All I got was an apology for their error, the refund wouldn’t get back for another 2/3 business days....after I get back from my vacation. AWESOME 10/10 recommend.

Brother have been charged for 4 years double membership fees from Jonas Fitness in the amount of $43.++ and have NEVER signed up for their services.. my brother doesn't even live in TX... we will be seeking help in full recovery of this theft from our account. The process to look into these matters with Jonas Fitness and Fitness Connection is so cumbersome and no one cares to help. This is not the end of this conversation.

This company gives support to Fitness Connection Gym's so a Review of them is relevant here.Personal information in Fitness Connection gyms are not secured! Any employee can pull them out and do whatever they please with it. Name, Address, Phone Number, Email and even Bank Accounts/Card Information.If this Company Jonas Fitness is a Managing service operator for Fitness Connection then their not doing enough to safeguard their user/customers. My account was fraudulently re-opened by someone in the Gym, No one has access to accounts other than employees, so I am assuming it was an employee. It was brought to my attention that my account was re-opened because they call me to collect a balance. Someone had utilize my information that was in the system and inputed someone's bank account/Credit card and had utilize it for more than a year and half.The way they keep control of members is with a picture, right?Well someone had been going to the gym, and had been granted access with my picture as their ID. How was this allowed for more than a year!This just proves that the information Jonas Fitness/Fitness Connection have is not safeguarded properly. Anyone can freely access it. If it happen to me, How many more cases like mine are out there?Who ever is responsible of keeping information private and safely, please do something about it.And YOU Gym member, keep an eye on the information you provide, as their is no guarantee it's safe with them.

"Customer Service" is non-existant. Complicated cancel process requiring certified mail? Instructions for cancel are not available online they make you call and listen to a long drawn out voicemail message. It's 2019 we havent progressed past this? Less than a month after joining was double billed. Seems my experience is on par with others. Spend the extra $10 a month and use a better corporate owned gym not this franchised junk.

Everything all the reviews for Fitness Connection and Jonas Fitness have said before: terrible customer service, ancient process to physically mail a request for cancellation that may or may not be reviewed, rude receptionist, unclear processes, and no way to confirm if they even do get your snail mail request (unless you pay for and provide tracking to them via an email sent to jonas fitness-- we'll see if even that actually works). No access to speak with managers who take "lunch breaks" until 3:30pm or ask any questions before being sent to an automated recording. Please for the sake of your business and any future customers change your policies, respect customers and give refunds for the months of useless gym memberships we have been forced to pay for.
