When I first was looking for a home I had a lender ready, however, when I was advised of Guild Mortgage, in particular “Joe”, and how Joe and Guild Mortgage's process is done I felt compelled to look in to it. Well Joe and team, including Ambar were outstanding. Great ethics, knowledge reliability, dependability to complete the process efficiently and great follow up got the loan closed in one month (even kept the interest rate as low as possible). They made every effort to ensure clarification of any questions I had and explained the process with kindness and a pleasant approach. I highly recommend their services, great team you have Joe.

Joseph Small is smart, knows his business, is easy going, honest, encouraging, caring, on top of things, and available. He notified me that it might be a good time to discuss refinancing, then provided educational emails explaining the process, Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and followed through to the end. He was with me at the signing, making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Working with him was a blessing!

The whole loan process from start to end was like flying on autopilot. One click and the process took off. The staff at Guild were so professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Guild to family and friends. Lastly, Guild Mortgage is local which puts a face to the name not like internet mortgage lenders. Great Job Guild Mortgage.

Hands down this in the best Loan Officer/Team in Tucson. If Joe Small and his team can't close your loan....no one can. The process is always streamlined and simple from beginning to the end with minimal pain to the buyer. 30 day closing on a VA loan and they are calling you 21 days into the deal asking you if you can close early! They just flat out get it....they understand every single aspect of the lending game, and their expertise on VA loans is second to none! Seriously 5 stars isn't enough....this team goes so far over 100% I don't think there is a level created yet for them.

Joseph Small is the ONLY lender I go to with questions and referrals. He is knowledgable and puts his clients interest first EVERY TIME. He has proven this to me time and time again. I am a Realtor, so I do a lot of lending referrals. I always refer my clients to Joe. He is a VA Specialist as well so any military families should go to him. He knows his stuff! He has saved MULTIPLE Loans and closed deals that other lenders couldn't. If you want a quick and smooth deal, Call Joe! You won't be disappointed... PLUS, you can sit down at a desk with him and talk face to face unlike some of the online lenders around town... OR if you prefer to do things online he can do that too! He will bend and mold to fit your needs.
