Asked my wife to drop off my mower to get the pull string replaced and apparently they talked her into a oil change and blade sharpening, things non-related. Typical example of taking advantage of someone for added services. This never sits well with me with a business and it will be the last time I go here. UPDATE- Mower broke shortly after and they refused to make things right, especially after everything they put us through. If I could give 0 stars, I would for these crooks. Next step, Better Business Bureau.
