My husband and I cannot recommend Jim Wilson highly enough! We had a tricky loan that isn't very common. Not only was Jim committed to navigate through the road blocks quickly and smoothly, he really moved mountains in order to get us a deal we didn't think was possible. To anyone who is looking to purchase a home, do not go with anyone else. Jim Wilson was fantastic! Extremely friendly and helpful. My fiance and i just recently purchased our first home. Jim helped us get approved. He was always available when we needed him to answer and questions we had. We went with him and his wife as our realtor and they both made the process extremely smooth and quick. I highly recommend Jim and will absolutely go with him if we purchase again!
