Accepted an offer for a guitar on Offerup and while I was driving there from Downtown LA, I got an Alert that the guitar was sold to someone else. These clowns should get off of OfferUp if they don’t understand how it works. If you plan on selling to someone else you should state in your ad “first come, first serve”. Total waste of time and Bad way to do business. Will never deal with them again.

This place is a joke. I was offered 70 bucks on high end esp eclipse in great condition. Either this place doesn't know guitars or it doesn't know how to make a loan. Went down the street to inland jewelry and loan and got a $300 loan.

I've been using JC Jewelry & Gifts excellent repair services for over 15 years. I have had seven different watches repaired by them. I have never been disappointed. It is a family owned operation. They are honest, kind and trustworthy. I will never use anyone else for my watches or time pieces.

I just had my Rolex Submariner serviced at JC Jewelry & Gifts, and it runs absolutely perfectly and looks beautiful. I've had my Rolex for a very long time and it's one of my more valuable possessions both in terms of its worth as well as sentimental value. I conducted plenty of due diligence before selecting Kevork at Time-Tec and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment of my arrival Kevork explained every step of the servicing process and, being a Saturday, he took the time to remove the backing from the watch and point out some components that would be replaced as part of routine servicing which would resolve the issues I was concerned with. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but I was also pleasantly surprised by Kevork's pricing which was very reasonable in comparison to other local Rolex repair centers. I will happily use JC Jewelry & Gifts, in the future and recommend them to anyone I know with a high end timepiece.

I have been to this location maybe twice now and unfortunately it took me 2-3 times to learn that this location is respectfully a joke in comparison to some of the other pawn locations within a 20 mile radius. The owner himself is unprofessional from his attire to his approach with his customers. I came In today to pick up a lawn ticket I was unfortunately late on and he told me the item was pulled out and someone sold them the same day however I also noticed he was using the item I had pawned “AirPods” so he’s also a lier as well. To top it off if your looking for the best bang for your buck, don’t waste your gas driving over here. He is not knowledgeable whatsoever and will low ball you down to your nearest dollar on what he believes your items are worth not what a normal pawnshop at the least would give you for.
