Best Jeweler.. Period!!! I first met John at JB Jewelers in May 2012. I had bought an engagement ring and needed to have it appraised so I went to JB Jewelers. Within seconds of viewing the diamond John looked up at me and said "Boy I sure hope you can get your money back" My heart dropped. John then began to explain to me what I had bought was the shell of a diamond pumped full of plastic. Again I was devastated because the very next day myself and my now wife were flying to our destination where I had the stage set to drop down on one knee. John took the time to explain the diamond buying process to me. He let me view under microscope the diamonds in his cabinet so I could understand what I should be looking for and to compare the fake diamond I had bought. Afterwards I went outside to leave but instead I sat in my truck banging my head against the steering wheel absolutely devastated. I had no back up plan and I was out of pocket several thousand dollars. I had no ring to give the love of my life. With all the emotions running through my head I had sat out front of store for so long John came outside to see if I was okay. He instantly knew I was devastated so he welcomed me back into his store. Once inside he talked with me and I gave him the full story. John worked with me so that my plans to ask the love of my life to marry me could continue as I envisioned. I was blown away. John went on to say if she doesn't like the ring to bring it back and he would have one made to her liking. Again I was blown away by the good will of a man I had only known for a few hours. Fast forward to the BIG day. She said YES!!! And to my surprise she loved the ring. I showed her pictures of the fake one and she was even more happy with the one I had gotten from JB Jewelers. From that day forward John and I have become great friends. I have great respect for John and would never buy jewelry from anyone else!! I have bought several amazing pieces from JB Jewelers and trust me my wife is blown away every time. And don't let the store front deter you from JB Jewelers. The place is amazing! If you buy jewelry from anywhere else other than JB Jewelers you are flushing your money down the toilet. John, Thank you!
