Been us them for a few years for livestock processing. Always does exactly as asked or will work with you. Takes the time to explain everything to new comers and supports the kids & FFA groups

Worst cuts ever. Pre-seasoned meat was so salty it was ridiculous, that's after rinsing the meat off the second time. Then the ground meat had so much fat mixed in its not even pink meat it's slimmy sludge that tastes terrible. What a waste of good beef.
