These people are nasty with customers and they try to take advantage of older people...... they gave my mother a bad check, that's right the bank returned it for non sufficient funds, when contacted about this they lied and said they had the money in there but it came back NSF.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOAN SHARKS THEY ARE SCAMMERS. We will be contacting the better business bureau.

One word GHETTO. Never again. The lady in the front had on a sleeping head cap & pajamas walking around that dump with socks! Then the lady in the Back was rude & looked like she had one foot in the grave. The most they do is grant a 200 loan, i have good credit & was denied. Went down the street & got approved 10x that amount in minutes. Dont waste your time, the establishment is disgusting & ghetto.

I DO APOLOGIZE TO THOSE OF YOU WHO EXPERIENCE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. JACKSON LOAN NOW HAS A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM, WHO IS HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE TO HELP YOU. ALSO, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE 26 YEARS OF AGE TO GET A LOAN HERE. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLDER OR OLDER.

Has the worst costumer service ever!!!! The lady was rushing me off the phone because she seen someone pull up! Her voice sounded like she was irritated and didn’t want to be there. And she kept cutting me off in between my sentences!

You have to be 26 and up to get a $200 loan!!! That's such a discrimination I've been on my job 3 years and have good credit!! Smh they are going to lose alot of buisness!!
