John was courteous and straightforward about the services he provided and why. On our initial meeting, we talked for awhile about costumer service and how it is a cornerstone of a good business. John let me know how long it would be until our taxes were done and when we could come pick them up. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to keep calling to see if our taxes were completed and when I could pick them up. This was my wife and I first time using J. David Wilson to prepare our taxes and we will certainly be back next year.
