We do all of our banking with ICCU and have our mortgage and car loans serviced there too. Always great customer service. ICCU makes supporting and doing business with a local credit union (instead of one of the behemoth wall street banks) very easy!

Never had an issue other than not enough locations, making it difficult to cash my paycheck until after the weekend quite few times.

Horrifyingly bad automated phone system refuses to access your account with the information they give you to use. Had to wait almost a month for a useable debit card, unacceptable in the modern era. And full length standard Bank waiting time for payroll direct deposits to clear. The only good thing about ICCU is nice people work in the buildings.

Best bank that I have dealt with! I recommend ICCU. They have a great loan department and are always willing to help. Their online banking and mobile app are great.

They’ve always been great in terms of customer service. Had 3 car loans through them and I’ve never had any problems. Once I got charged a late fee because the credit union didn’t send my payment, but they fixed the problem ASAP.

I just applied for a car loan with a huge cash down payment and some riotous, condesending employee gave me the worst customer service I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Because I took on new field of employment because of a pay increase, and have over 5 years continousco employment. Tell me that that "LOOKS" negative because she couldn't comprehend my position or job title. Sorry, Im not a bank lady......

EVIL PEOPLE/COMPANY!!! Never ever use this credit union. They will take you to court for under 100.00 overdraft and not even inform you. Then they will close your account and ban you from using any banking institution. WORST CREDIT UNION OF ALL TIME. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Always have constant problem with bank! Very unhappy!! Everyone is super nice at the bank but when It comes to money transfers and checks being cashed on time they are HORRIBLE!!!!!
