Each time I walk into Forward Financial Credit Union I don't feel like they're there to take care of me. The tellers and loan officers are not customer centric.After paying off my loan early, Forward Financial continued to debit my checking account for a loan that was paid off months ago. When I called to ask for help, I had to explain it in detail to two different people as they were each in a hurry to rush me off the phone. Verses apologizing and doing what they could to help me, they blamed it on their software as not being sophisticated enough to stop the EDT. Moreover, I was told I'd receive a call back to assist with the bounce fees they racked up, no call.I'm sure they're nice people, however... it feels more like a "good ole boys club," than a professional financial institution. The experience I have with other banks are night and day.
