Worked with Stephen Hughes throughout the process of purchasing a house. Having no idea what to do with regard getting the ball rolling on mortgage proceedings, Stephen talked us through every step of the way and always pre-empted any asks that the banks may have had of us so there were no delays in the process.Would (and currently am) recommend to anyone looking to get the best mortgage available.

I think we have been communicating for about 3 years at this stage, as you came highly recommended by my sister, but it has been over the last 18 months or so that we have been in regular contact. What can I say other than you have the patience of a saint! For such a small mortgage and such a complex, drawn out process you were with me every step of the way offering guidance and council! Through thick and thin both you and your colleagues have been nothing but helpful and really went above and beyond my expectations. You were always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and really pulled the stops out when my mortgage offer was expiring to get it across the line! I cannot recommend you highly enough and have already been recommending you to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so in to the future!
