Sono cliente Ipratico ormai da quasi 3 anni, prima andava anche bene, soprattutto in fase di acquisto tutti erano disponibili e sempre presenti.. dopo nemmeno 2 anni dopo aver speso la bellezza di 3000 euro tutto il sistema ha iniziato a funzionare male, l’assistenza è praticamente inesistente, c’ho messo quasi 10gg per riuscire a parlare con qualcuno. Infine la loro risposta è stata che le stampanti sono ormai il modello vecchio( le ho finite di pagare da solo 4 mesi) e per far tornare tutto funzionante dovrei cambiare da capo tutto l’impianto..3 anni fa i prezzi erano i più bassi rispetto ad altri gestionali, ma come tutte le cose, la qualità si paga.. avrei preferito spendere di più 3 anni fa ma ritrovarmi oggi ad avere un programma ancora funzionante. (Ah se per caso riuscite a parlare con un tecnico e volete un appuntamento.. si paga anche quello, si paga tutto, anche la chiamata all’assistenza) in sostanza se volete spendere 3.000 euro ogni 3 anni circa, questo Ipratico è la soluzione migliore..
