Don't do layaway they will screw u over on the 90 day layaway saying u have to make a payment or lose the item when still have 60 days left never will do business with any ipawn ever again. And they're rood.

Everything sucks about this place....EVERYTHING!! The product, the employees, the employees knowledge, the customer service... ok not everything... the place is VERY CLEAN but what do you expect with no customers... I walked in with 4 people sweeping... and could not answer 1 single question. I would give negative stars if it was possible.

Was once a great establishment, but since Jessica has been working here the place has really gone down hill. She is extremely rude, doesn't know anything about the products she is viewing and has completely ruined my experience at this location. Will not be back.

Best pawn shop around! Very clean and neat atmosphere, and the entire staff is very friendly. Everything is organized and the sales floor is well lit. If you're looking for a used firearm this is the place to go, just talk to John Browning and he will get you a better deal than you can find anywhere else. Prices storewide are great and the team there will work with you to get the best price possible and they even have layaway. I visit this store at least once a week, sometimes more.

Good clean and professional shop. This isn't your run of the mill pawn shop yall. Good employees great service. Go see John at the gun counter he's sure to put smile on your face. Extremely knowledgeable on the products that he sells.

If y'all want true customer friendly service this is the place to go. If you have a question they can answer, whiteout hesitation. If you need help or even have a question about a gun go see john he knows is stuff. I left happy and I am certain to return

Excellent Customer Service! John is so helpful every time we come in the store. For Christmas, he tracked down the two brand new gifts we needed and made sure we got an excellent price!
