Client Review on Iowa Falls State Bank

Feedback:

Be careful I was having my Debt card delivered to the bank. My current card lapsed and expired and new card was issued and delivered to the bank where it sat until I went in to inquire about the status. The tellers were unable to tell me anything but the person who took care of these matters would give me a call when she got back from lunch at 12:00 noon. I finally called at 12:50 and The person stated that she did not know why the new card was deactivated but she could order me another one and it would be here with in a week to a week and a half. Now the bill that have to pay will be late because even if I drew the money out went to another bank started another account it would be as late as if I would keep the money in this account. I wouldn't go with this bank!!!!
