Overly complicated way to make payment. Reminds me very much of the chuckle brothers... 'to me. to you, to me, to you'. As a working musician it extends the time taken for me to get paid... waiting for the venue to (remember to) authenticate the final payment request is great fun... not!

I can't log in. Usually, you would call up a human being by phone to sort out the problem. Not here. Phone number goes through to a recorded message telling you to send an email. Your message receives an automated reply. When will I get paid? Awful.
