QuickBook PremierDeep sigh, too much to type, so will cut it short.We purchase quickbook 2016 in Fall of 2016. From 2016 to 2017 we have been getting various error messages and I had to pay to fix it in 2017. Then whatever they did was not fixing the issue I had to upgrade to solve the issue is what they said to me, they can not do anything about it. So i had to purchase quickbook in less than a year. They only good thing is that they gave me discount but i refuse to purchase a new quickbook in less than a year. On top of that, the upgrade is no different, it seems like they just fix the 2016 problematic quickbook, and called it 2017 for it to be purchase again. This has never happen before, however am upset because after months of calling i had to pay again for them to fix their problem. I should have received a free quickbook, because they sold me a default quickbook, keep fixing it, tell me its ok, then the problem arrive again. This is a marketing strategy.
