I have been so impressed by the folks at Internex, from the onboarding process to the daily interactions! I have used other factoring companies, and this is the first time I have felt like I have a true partner that cares about my business. And my Account Manager, Ashley Trexler is so helpful and knowledgeable. She is always looking out for my best interests, keeping me updated on any issues or concerns as they arise, and really understands my business and customers. Oh, and let's not forget the stellar portal they have. Way better than what I have used before. And a ton of reports that you can slice and dice. Very pleased to have them on my team.

When we made the move to Internex we were so impressed with their team approach to onboarding and then the assigned contact going forward. Having a single point of contact to help you with questions and guide you through processes has been great. They make it very easy for you on the website portal and overall how they are there to help. We are extremely pleased with this company.

They are by far one of the easiest lenders to work with and I have not received ONE complaint about their services from my clients, but I have received multiple compliments and that's what we want.
