Client Review on Integrity Payment Systems

Feedback:

We had a rep. set us up and said we would receive the cc machine. We never got it and she avoided our calls. We called customer service to cancel in Oct/Nov and it is July and I am receiving a bill?? I called and spoke to a Brian a week ago, he said he would call me back with the cancellation information... NO call. I called today and spoke with another rep. Not mentioning name until I see if this is followed through. He said I should be receiving a email termination letter in 48 to 72 hours. The bill should be a 0 balance. I will re-post in a few days when I see if this is actually taken care of.
