I saw their billboard on the freeway with a low rate and we were looking to refinance our home. Jeremy was super quick and getting back with us the first week and then things went down hill. He was slow to get back with me after that week. I was calling and messaging him constantly because we wanted to lock in the rate and we hasn’t returning any emails or calls. Finally he called back then said he would have things taken care of but never did. He wouldn’t return phone calls or emails after that for a month. We found a different loan officer who has been great. I wouldn't recommend them from what I went through.
