Great Little place, it has a bit of absolutely everything for reasonable prices. They pay the most for gold 80% of spot. The guys are wonderful and nice. They give you their best offer up front, they don't try to make you haggle. They do their best to be nice and welcoming to everyone they can. The people claiming people were rude are just wrong, sometimes unfortunately items aren't worth as much as people think and instead of being reasonable they lash out. I promise if you go by you will find awesome, cool, and useful things. Nice guys who are there to help. If you need a little cash and go there to pawn they will give you their best price up front and then it's up to you if you want to take the offer or not, they are happy to tell you if they can take your item over the phone before you even go. They use what items sell for on eBay to determine what your item is worth. That is reliable and reasonable. That is how they price all the items in the store, up to 20 percent less than they can sell it for on eBay most of the time. They want to please everyone but can't take every item, and are constrained with what items are worth. They will do their very best to be honest and straight forward with everyone that stops in. They are reasonable and nice guys who try to do what they can for their customers within reason as they are a business after all.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. The guy is rude and incredibly sarcastic, and not in a good way. Low balls you and isn't negotiable at all ! Incredibly rude. Do not waste your time here.

Sat in the parking lot for about and hour and they still did not open (9/11/17) . I was there around 10:15 hoping they would be open. No sign on the door claiming they would be closed for Patriot Day or anything. It's a shame too, because they do have a great selection.
