TWICE NOW I TALKED TO INNOVATION ABOUT TWO DIFFERENT LOANS AND TWICE I WAS TOLD IF YOU MEET THIS CRITERIA YOU WILL GET BE ABLE TO GET THIS RATE AND AMOUNT WITCH I MEET. BUT AFTER THEY PULLED A HARD CREDIT REPORT THEY WANT TO CHANGE OR NEGOTIATE THE LOAN AND TWICE I HAVE WENT SOME WHERE ELSE AND GOT A BETTER DEAL WITH NO HASSLES. ONE LOAN WAS FOR AN AUTO WITCH I WOUND UP GETTING THROUGH FORD WITH 0 YES 0 INTEREST SO MY CREDIT CANT BE TO BAD. I WAS WILLING TO MOVE ALL MY BANK ACCOUNTS TO INNOVATIONS ALSO. I GUESS THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR ME.

Best customer service in town! They will do whatever they can to work with you and solve any issues immediately. Competitive loan rates as well. I had an auto loan with them and the rate was great. However, they have a ridiculous $30 overdraft fee for every transaction for the day whether it’s cleared or not. Sometimes I swipe the wrong debit card from their account instead of my military bank and if it goes 1 cent in the negative, you now owe $30.01 and plus $30 for every charge that clears the same day. Even if it was swiped a day or two before.

Great customer service every time i go in very frendly staff willing to help with all banking needs .their not open on Saturday but i know several different banks that are not open as well .some of the ones that are open on Saturday are going to start closeing on saturday so thats not a big deal .They also have great rates on all loans
