If I could give zero stars I would. I paid to get my taxes done, was told they’d be completed but they never were filed. My W2’s are still in their possession, I’ve never been refunded or responded to. Email and voicemail are ignored. The receptionist is either in on the scam that’s happening here or clueless as can be. I reported this company to the IRS because who knows what she is really doing with our information since she’s clearly not filing for us even AFTER being paid and AFTER claiming she had filed. Identify theft likely. Beware of this “business”. I’m convinced the positive reviews are all fake.
