I wish I could have selected no stars because they don’t deserve even one. Our experience was absolutely horrible. We unfortunately had to work with Brenda, she does not know how to do business. Late for everything. Not thorough and extremely rude. I could go on and on but I’d rather not. Please save yourself the headache, time and money and go somewhere else.

Sherry and staff are very professional and proficient in their abilities to provide timely and effective commercial financing. I’ve done several packages with Indian Ink and all have been home runs!! Keep up the great work Indian Ink:)

Wish there was a NO star because that's what this company deserves but after a week anhalf of back in forth sending Cherry info I had to call her to ask what was the status on the loan for her to tell me she wasn't going to approve me an wouldn't really give me a legit answer why she wouldn't but what's crazy I went to a local bank the next day an was approved in 30 minutes for my loan.

We applied for a loan and all we got was the runaround. We called multiple times and was given instructions on how to help ourselves get approved. Waited 2 weeks for a phone call and we finally called after hearing nothing from Sherry only to be denied. I wish she would’ve been up front with us instead of making us think she was going to do everything in her power to get us approved. Now, we have a hard credit check on our report with nothing to show for it.

I'm sorry but I had to contradict pricellas review, I've known Sherry for a number of years and have required services from her office staff, 1st Sherry is the hardest working woman in America, I have never seen her with less than 2 phones in her ear handling business. Her staff has always been very helpful and accomadating .. . I don't know Brenda and I'm guessing she must have been having a bad day, I have never seen an unhappy customer EVER in her office building, they are more like family if anything. I had to butt in on this because I've never seen a more inaccurate review of somebody as hers was. They are quite simply amazing....by Gary Bilbrey
