Dear friends , it's do not go for IIFL loans because , being one of loyal customer , they cheated me by bribe . They rejected my loan application at the time disbursement stage even after collecting my NACH and all other documents. Their staff need only extra money to disbursement of our loan . Actually , IIFL top management should investigate . They are totally unethical in their business practices.

at branch level many fraud things are going the Employees in the branch hired out side Agents who are meeting with people & committing to provide loan at any cost without Eligibility with taking %age between 5 to 6 % of total disbursement & if you are complaining about it in branch no Authority is there in the branch to listen so it is possible to log this complaint to IIFL head office as there is nobody to listen at branch level.pls. suggest .

3 months ago - VERY PATHETIC SERVICES. Don't go for any loan with IIFL till there is a do or die option for you. No response on emails and even on customer service calls. IIFL provide credit manager who are seems to be present only in papers. While writing this review, waiting to connect the call to customer care services from last 15 min......31 Jul 2017 - Still waiting for support on my queries after 3 months. There are no response from anyone on emails and after call to customer care.Be carefull while taking any loan from IIFL.

I am existing housing loan customer. First time I have seen very poor services in private bank I.e. IIFL. I will request to IIHFL home loan management team to improve the customer service otherwise it will huge impact on your bank. Can you believe, my home loan ROI is 9.65 while current ROI is 8.35% and I have not recieved any notification or any communication from your bank. Even I have raised the request to change the email address but still it is not updated.Thanks

hii team i have pathetic experience with your services.RS 20000 have been debited from my account without any information.you guys really dont think necessary to give any explanation.this is not small amount.i have contacted to call center and your branch both many times 1 YEAR is completed now i have registered a complaint on customer services .i need quik action now .pending from longASAP
