I used to be a customer to DRK & associate and I used to get a great service although being more expensive vs. most others. However, and since they converted to become this new Incompass thing, it starts to be like H&R block but with 20x the cost. Very sloppy job, tons of errors, and above that super ugly attitude and actually trying to scrow you up. I complained about a super bad service I got from the previous year and the price that they kept delaying my appointment till it bacame very late and then said "sorry" we don't like to do business with you. That was very cheap but I guess the bad quality will cause them to collapse very soon
