They used to be very attentive but that has changed. Simply try calling the local branch and watch how you are rerouted via their automated phone tree to Dubuque Bank. Only to be on hold several minutes to get a simple answer. Try using the mobile check deposit and wait 2 days before the funds show in your account but walk in and it shows almost immediately. Basically if you bank the old fashioned way and walk into a local branch all is A+ ( nice people) but try to use a phone (or app) to do your banking expect to wait. Again sad because they used to be good all around. I also think they are somewhat under staffed at local branches.
