Feedback:

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This woman basically told me that I should go to a bank. When I explained that I was closer to her establishment, she told me that my time may very well be wasted, and that she preferred to cash checks that were within a week of issue date. I explained my situation, and then I told her that I would take my business elsewhere, she thanked me for doing so. Absolutely ridiculous. I expected bad service, and I was let down even still! Unreal.

If I could give 0 stars I would because it's what they deserve. The lady on the phone was rude as hell and being sarcastic with me instead of trying to help. On top of that I was on hold for 20 min. These people seriously need to learn how to treat potential customers. The lady told me "You can drive all the way from Danville but I'm not going to cash your check." It took everything in me not to spazz on her she really pis see me off.

Do NOT give your business to this place! I called and made a simple inquiry about cashing a check and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude abrupt kept interrupting me and I felt that "yelled" or "barked" at me to just bring the dam check in

Worst experience of my life. Literally was warned not to go here by the lady at the walmart money center due to there known reputation of open racism. I didnt listen, i went there only to be treated with absolute disrespect and disregard for my existence as a human being. The lady wouldn’t give me my check back after telling me she could wouldn’t cash it because i had already signed it. Only when I threatened to record her did she immediately give me my check back. There was a man standing behind me who watched the whole thing happen. She also made a copy of my ID before telling me she wouldn’t cash my check.

Owners are racist and yell at customers openly cursing at them. They treat anyone that isn't white a lot different and they are very upfront about being racist... proud even..

Both the lady and guy are racist and rude as hell. Does anyone know how I can make a complaint to their bosses or corporate???? They guy called the police when I asked for the corporate number. Worse place ever! 0 stars if I could give it 0
