Feedback:

Marion helped me refinance my truck. He was able to get me a good rate and payments that I could afford. He helped me through every step of the paperwork. And was quick to answer any questions I had.

I went through iLendingDIRECT and I had alek as my consultant getting everything done and I tell you what this man made everything easy answered all my questions and made sure he was available when I needed him I will definitely make sure people come through you guys thank you so much!!

I received a call from this organization but hung up immediately. The individual called back and left and incredibly rude voicemail from “Manuel” asking if I was having a bad day. If Manuel is unable to contact potential customers without snark, perhaps he should find another job. Apparently this one is too stressful for him.

Working with Winthrop Ellsworth was incredible. Never having re-financed anything before was at first very intimidating but Winthrop made everything a BREEZE. Walked me through every step of the process and I didn’t feel duped or taken advantage of at any point in time. If you need a refinance for your car or whatever it is, make sure you ask for Winthrop!

Where to begin. I got a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved to refinance my car loan. I give them a call and at this point, I am dealing with a Jayleen Moss. I quickly gathered all the documents he needed from me and sent them over. Within a few days, he lets me know i was approved but there was an issue with my Social Security which the lender cannot move forward with. I said it was okay to leave my son in law on the new loan, which he said was possible and he would give me a call back as soon as he explored more options. I emailed him and called him for about 2 weeks, and i never heard back from him. I called their office 3 times, and i was told "oh yeah, Jayleen should be giving you a call in a few minutes." I never received any call from him, of course. So I call back, now I am dealing with a Jeff. His excuse for their horrible service was "Jayleen just had a baby and is on leave." Well, their office never mentioned that the 3 previous times I had called. Nonetheless, Jeff said we could leave my son in law on the loan, he would wait for the lender to get back to him and let me know when he had an answer. I had to call Jeff about 3 times as well before he picked up and said "the lender couldn't approve your son in law therefore we cannot move forward at this point." Mind you, I trusted Jayleen from the beginning because he painted everything so perfect. I kept insisting I needed someone to give me a call back as my car payment was due and I wasn't sure if the refinance process had been finalized. It took them about 3 weeks to say nothing could be done. All I have to say is the people that work for this company are very unprofessional. It should not take 3 weeks to give the customer a definite answer. I'm not too sure what exactly the problem was as I have refinanced my vehicle with another company who did their job within 1 business day. Had I known, I would have explored my refinancing options with other companies.

I REALLY appreciated working with Brandon Vigil. He's not only incredibly patient, but very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure that I requested my refund from my last GAP policy on my old auto loan. Who knew this was even an option!?! Thanks, Brandon!
