This is one of the worst ever bank which I have approached or availed a loan. I would strongly recommend to NOT go this branch to get house loan. There are few people like Kaliraj, Kamalakannan who were the worst ever employees. Just for getting my copy of sale deed, so far I might have called them 1000 times. There is another guy named Sathish, who is responsible for taking my documents/loan process. But frank to say for whatever the commission he received from me, he didn't even worked for even Rs1. I am not sure if there is a customer service in IIFHL. Please Please don't ever go this bank. I am yet to get my sale deed from the bank.
