I went in for botox. Have had it before. The consultation prior to procedure was awesome. Very knowledgeable staff - very detailed. The nurse who performed my procedure was quick, the procedure itself was painless and she was courteous. I had an amazing experience and have recommended Ideal Image over other salons I have been to for botox to quite a few friends so far; will continue to!

I scheduled a consult for Botox only to show up to my appointment and no one qualified to do Botox or give me my consultation was there. The Manager, Alex, met with me instead and tried to tell me I should get 60 units of Botox around my entire face when I wanted to get ONE forehead wrinkle addressed and i'm 27 with minimal wrinkles. They are just trying to get your money - super unprofessional. $13 a unit i will be going to a different MedSpa
