Great Credit Union! Awesome employees! Big shout out to Molli at Post Falls branch and Corey Koski for referring us! We refinanced our vehicle and it was fast and seamless!

SO FRAUDULENT THEY ACTUALLY CALLED THE POLICE WHEN I TRIED TO WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY!! They figured out how to purposely submit a deposited check WRONG so it comes back to them and then they will LIE claiming your deposit was refused to be paid for being fake when its their account that is fake because they use the wrong number! I caught them red handed even and thought it was a mistake until they hung up on me when i called to tell them. I went into a branch and the teller tried to help me but her screen told her to call a chris delanos and she did who called thd police and tried to get them to believe I was threatening them!! The teller was horrified but the branch manager was happy to call me names and threaten me forcing me to call the police myself to come and help me. They were nice and tried to talk to the branch manager but she refused even their request to print me a statement at least. They cant make them give me my money they stole but they have to ask me to leave for no reason other than the overweight managers request i do so. Even the officer was shaking his head and they didnt even know what law i was actually breaking but said they had no choice since that heavy manager was lying. They cant help me get my money but they have no choice but to do as the big gal said since she is a bank manager even rhough they had no law they could find i actually broke or any law that gave them this ability to steal from people and abuse the police force resources simply by heaving grunts between vague lies that made little sense once they arrived and assessed the situation. They at least tried to help me and i was able to get a good report on file to use in court

Molli rhymes with Jolly and for a good reason. Jolly is exactly how I would describe my experience with Idaho Centeal Credit union. Molli and Heather were outstanding in their deligient efforts to overall better my financial health. There wasn’t a questioned that went unanswered and Molli even went as far as to make other suggestions I had no idea about that benefited me greatly. I would give Molli and Heather 5000 stars, but sadly I am limited to only 5. Don’t walk, run to ICCU and have Molli and Heather help you prepare for your future.

Great credit union and their only downside is they don't do shared banking with other credit unions. My main credit union does shared banking and I can find a credit union in almost any city and make a withdrawal.

I would not reccommend this place I called a week ago about a loan and nobody has answered me kept calling and would wait for 45 minutes on the phone. So I re applied to get someone to call and I haven't heard from him in 4 days now. Keep calling and nothing. The last time I got someone he was very rude on the phone and made me feel he doesnt care to have my buisness. Wouldn't reccommend this place

Chantel Koho was amazing to work with on our loan! She was extremely informative and helpful with finding a loan package that best suited our needs and financial situation! I've gotten several loans through iccu and have had absolutely nothing other than great experiences with them!

Update* ICCU reached out to me and corrected the problem. They were very understanding of my issue and did everything they could to rectify the problem. My account was never negative, I was charged an overdraft fee even though I never over drafted my account. They reversed the fee but since it was negative and I didnt know I used my card twice, one for .75 and another for $6. Even though I was never negative the overdraft put me negative and then caused overdraft fees on my other charges. Glad to see credit unions are out to get you as well.
