VERY VERY BAD experience applied for net banking information they told me call customer care I called customer care they told to go to branch again I went to branch they gave some form kyc form I filled it and gave them they told to come after one week after one week i went again same result telling to call customer care service is it correct way to waste time of customer I am fed up of this I am not using icici card and account I PERSONALLY suggest all of you not to open account in icici they don't give correct information and response to customer THANKS icici bye bye
