This bank (Wembley Branch) is very quick to help you set up a NRI account. however if you have any issue nobody wants to help. they are too eager to pass the buck buy saying that its an NRI account we cannot help you please go online or call NRI services on the phone. people on th e phone will get rid of you by saying that email has been sent you please follow the instruction. no help anywhere. what should customer do? if you can set up an (NRI) account in the branch (Wembley) then we (customer) should be able to walk in and rectify issue too. its such a shame that we have to give at least a star to post this... i would give 0 star for the services given by this bank

Going to any of ICICI Bank in UK and particularly Wembley Branch is like a falling in gutter. Even though India got Independence 70 years ago... this bank provides pre- independence service to its customers.

Ridiculous bank went there to buy a travel card they had no one capable enough to deal with the request was told to come back after 2 days then somebody will be able to help.And to think that I have account with them over 10 years
