Me and my wife went to ICICI Bank, Nellore branch and deposited checks, at that time, we were suggested some investment options and we did not take. Bank staff played a game and harassing us for 3 to 4 weeks to deposit our checks. When requested, not even given the supporting documents to show the reason for rejection. We also had given documents to change the address on my wife's account, but it was not done even after 1 month.
