Never again! Clearly customer service is not high on their list. If I could give them negative stars, I would! TCM Bank was the credit card holder for our local bank. My company had a credit card through our bank since 1990. Apparently our local bank decided to no longer service business cards. I received a letter from my bank advising me what would happen with a timeline, of October 22nd and November 4th. TCM chose to not take a few of the cards, ours being one. However, they did NOT advise my company nor the bank that they did not take these cards. As I am in another state on business first week of October, I find out my credit card has been canceled. Neither the bank nor my company received any notification the card was being canceled. I found out when I tried to use it. I called the bank. They found out when they started receiving calls from irate customers like me. This is bad business and I will never again get a card serviced by TCM. I also will make sure to advise everybody I know to stay away from this bank.4/8/19 I stand by my one star...UPDATE....In January I received a credit on this card. In February I received a statement showing the credit. In March called and told them since they demanded my money, I now want mine. 6 weeks they told me. Well here it is more than 6 weeks and I have received a second credit, but no refund. I called and they put in a request and I should see my check in 7-10 days, which is the same thing I was told in March. They cut checks on Wednesday, so I better see mine by Monday.

Terrible service. I closed my VISA Sierra Club account on the phone with them but they never closed it as they promised. I only found out accidentally they still had it open and it took me another hour on the phone to close the account. They also had a huge data breach for over a year in 2017-2018. Will never open a card with this bank and will complain to the Sierra Club who should know better.
