I have overdraft on my bank account and for some reason my payment was bounced and now they’re saying that I have to pay for the NSF fee even though I know I had the funds in my bank account. I have no clue how they have so many 5 star reviews. Even a normal loan company doesn’t have that many good reviews, it’s a little sketchy. Customer service wise, they just don’t own up to their mistakes and blame the customers
