Overall Feedback:
Worst place I've had the displeasure of working in my lifetime. Used to be called IBS but now EZ Links? Very very poor leadership, underpaid, shifty principles. Customer was not put first. The product was terrible from a technical standpoint with security holes everywhere. There was a "Support Team" about a quarter the size of the company itself dedicated just to keep up with all the customer issues. It's all about the money with these guys.
