The outside ATM ate my debit card on a Sunday morning. There was a phone number on the side of the machine. When I called the number and selected to speak to someone in customer service it just looped me back to the original message stating their normal business hours (M-F, during the day). I sent a message later that morning on the customer service page of their website. As of today (Wednesday) I still have not received any response.

More then one year with my free business account and all work great, no extra charges and excellent costumer service.

Very bad experience, avoid this bank if you want to open a business account. Filled out an online application so I did not have to go into a branch, then made me go into a branch and told me they could not help me. Wasted one of my most precious commodity, time, now they wont get my money.

Opened a business account a month ago, still have not received my debit card and the online banking will not let me do transfers. The iberia bank app is next to useless, believe it or not you cannot do mobile check deposits even though it's one of the advertised despides. Closing my account asap this bank is a joke.

I went to Iberia Bank for the free business checking but stayed for the great customer service. The people at the Andrews branch are awesome!!! Plus they have free cookies and candy, it's the little things ya know?!
