If you are looking to buy a house i definitely recommend IberiaBank Mortgage with Brian Walters. Brian and his staff were simply amazing. They made the process a breeze. I recently purchased my first home and Brian Walters and his team made the process go as smooth as possible. I originally started the process searching for homes in an USDA area and Brian was there to provide payment estimates for each house we considered and responded to my emails quickly. We made an offer on a house that was not in an USDA area so Brian recommended a FHA loan for the house. Closing went exceptionally smooth and we were given a lower interest rate than any competitor offered. Our closing costs were also lower than other closing cost estimates from other lenders. I recommend Brian Walters and his team at Iberia Bank to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinancing.
