Me dijo la cajera Tatiana que no se podia hacer porque la cuenta a la que iba a depositar no tenia saldo suficiente. Le dije que si lo cambiaba contra la cuenta de mi esposo y que posteriormente me podía depositar en la otra y me dijo que no se podía; osea que si yo tenia dinero extra no lo podía depositar? Me dijo que me cambiaba la totalidad del cheque pero no hacerme el deposito en la otra cuenta, que si queria que le mandara los 86.39 aparte. Lo hice! Y cuando me mandó el efectivo del cheque ($526.39) le pedí una ficha de depósito. Me preguntó que si iba a depositar cheque, le dije que no, que iba a depositar efectivo y muy altaneramente me dijo que no, que si queria entrara a ventanilla a hacer mi depósito. Ya molesta por el trato tan déspota que estaba recibiendo, le dije que llevaba a mi bebe enferma de 1 año y que no iba a entrar a la sucursal solo porque ella lo ordenaba y que ella no tenia conocimiento de la cantidad que traía en mi cartera para depositar. Me dijo retadoramente que iba a hablarle a la manejadora, depues de un momento me dijo que la manejadora no estaba pero que le había llamado y que haría una excepción. Deposité la cantidad de $800 dlls.QUE FALTA DE CRITERIO, EMPATÍA, SERVICIO Y DISPONIBILIDAD PARA EL CLIENTE!!!! COMO ES POSIBLE QUE ÉSTA PERSONA NO QUISIERA DEJARME DEPOSITAR MI EFECTIVO EN MI CUENTA!!! JAMAS HABIA TENIDO UNA EXPERIENCIA TAN DESAGRADABLE EN IBC, Y ENTIENDO QUE POR CULPA DE PERSONAS COMO ELLA, LA INSTITUCIÓN BANCARIA QUEDA EN MUY MALA POSICIÓN ANTE LOS CLIENTES.
