Great bank usually use there Automated Teller Machines not person to person bank tellers.

Very unprofessional, you never have a customer on the phone for more than 5 minutes and anything after that is unprofessional, OK! Money gets deposited into my account AND NOBODY called me at all. Unprofessional, so it's like are you mad because you don't have a certain amount of money. They have you on hold so long to Figured out what to say to you on the phone on unprofessional, and then wait all day to call you back and the reason is because they are trying to tell you a lie about your account, everything to them is a SCAM and it's not at all, they also be talking to customers like they know more than you do, but they don't know more than you do because it's your money not THEIRS, they should be lucky that they got a star from me and so BE CAREFUL AND KEEP UP WITH HOW MUCH MONEY IS IN YOUR ARE, AND MAKE SURE YOU WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN WHEN IT GOES MISSING, SO YOUR NOT GOING CRAZY!!!!!

I have been traumatized and severely distraught and very disturbed by the handling of an attempted loan. While the reps that tried their best Tyler, Nick, and Kaitlyn, were awesome, I must say the underwriter Gwedowlyn Taylor made the finalization of loan a nightmare. Underwriter was very very rude and refused to let me speak to supervisor and unprofessionally hung up phone on rep that was helping me. I say must say I am furious after 3 days getting documents, a day I took off work, and the hours spent in this bank Ms. Taylor justified a Loan that was already approved, and signed by me at a 8.3 percent decided it had to be changed to 10.5 huh? How in the world after a signed agreement made, a binder insurance for full coverage which I paid 6 months in advance, this woman so unprofessional state that's it 10.5? Is she crazy or does she think I came in a banana boat? At no time was I told interest rate would change which is why I agreed to proceed with loan. I wanna know after wasting my time, dealers time, and one day of work lost,who is going to be accountable for such unprofessionalism? The loan was disturbinly handled. Not satisfied at all total disaster although the employees Nick latiffin, and Tyler Acevedo were very apologetic, this underwriter should never work for a bank she wasted her co-workers countless hours working with me, hours of labor wasted due to her terrible and horrific customer service. This lady should be fired that's my opinion as a member. Deny the right to speak to a supervisor to member? real Work ethics seem fishy!

5 Years of hell with these people. I obtained a loan through a local dealer with HVFCU. After getting my new truck I tried to open an online account. The acount was made but no information would populate once logged in. Several calls to support did nothing, I finally called to set up auto payments. Worked for a few months and then stopped, no communication, no reason. Had to call and make a late payment and resetup auto payments. No one could tell me why they stopped. Just over a year into the loan the auto payments stop again. This time missed until HVFCU Repoed my truck with no notice or contact on thanksgiving weekend. Called into collections, confirmed they had all wrong contact info. they returned the truck with a $500 repo fee. I made several more calls to straighten issues out and start getting statements. Every call I am told they have no record of previous calls. Another few months of that and finally get to an IT person. He found some software issues that was preventing things from being saved in their system. Instantly my online account came to life and started getting emails. For about 2 months. Then right back to nothing. Support telling me no history of calls. Tried to explain what IT guy said and they said no record. Like a broken record. About that time I found I could make payments through a local shared branch. Problem solved. Fast forward to this year, I called to set up a payoff in July. She accepted everything and said I would have the title in 7-10 days. I got a call in the end of August saying I missed a payment. They told me the payment failed when I asked, they did remove the late fee but would not credit me the extra interest. I filed complaints but they just said no contact was made. Horrible Customer service. This is not a Credit Union, its a bank and your just a number.
