If i could just not give a star, i won’t give at all. Due to the ff reasons:1. Poor customer service2. I’ve waited for 30mins for my transaction only to find out that i can’t make it because i don’t have a copy of my ID.3. Resourceless in terms of photocopy machine- clients need to go out and look for any other photocopy services. Hussle and a waste of time 4. Even if you came at an early time, you’ll not be prioritized as long as you’re not the VIP. You’ll be the last one in queing.
