Perfectly fine, from my experience. They have been happy to help with my enquiries in the past. Rarely busy, so you get served very quickly. A shame they don't open weekends, however.

Rude and unhelpful counter staff. This branch has the worst customer service ever. Avoid them like the plague, leave them to get on with money laundering, they have no time for everyday customers.

Have sent the id's to be sent to head office to open a business account and is now 4.5 weeks and still hasn't been sent. They are a joke
