No cashiers here! One or two staff members walking around but all 'banking' done by their machines. So for example you can't put a note/reference on a deposit as there's only a number pad, no keyboard. So it's a bit rubbish in that way. On the other hand, the machines are quick and easy to use and it's open till 6.30 on a Saturday and is open on Sunday too which is Awesome! :-)

Worst customer survivals I've had with a bank so far. Staff are more interested in talking to their self's rather than helping or engaging with the customer.

Best spot for an ATM at Westwood in case you need to grab some more spending money (has a lower arm for wheelchair access too!)
