Overall Feedback:

The worst bank ever. I will never ever use hsbc ever and I will tell all my friends to avoid it. Banks are supposed to make life easier. They keep giving me trouble and charge me 50$ to cancel the account. Worst customer service. I never had experience like this with any bank. Chase is the best.
